We are hiring – HR Manager
The Lunch Bag, one of Irelands fastest growing companies, is expanding and are now looking for a HR Manager to join our production team. We cater for one in four primary school children nationwide and seek to expand to one in two within the next three years. As such, our team has grown to over 250 people, with consistent hiring to cater for growth. Roles vary from production to transport, admin to sales. We seek a focused, experienced HR manager that can help take our HR dept to the next level. The ideal candidate will enjoy a fulfilling yet fast paced role and have the capabilities to build processes and structures to support the speed of company growth.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- To manage all aspects of the company employee relations
- To ensure compliance with all aspects of labour law
- To maintain accurate employee files containing all appropriate documentation such as contracts, training records and so forth
- To inspire performance through coaching all team members to deliver outstanding results and customer service
- To identify gaps within the production and front of house teams and to recruit the best candidates for same
- To ensure all new hires have appropriate induction training. To handle and resolve any employee complaints or queries
- To conduct periodical performance evaluations
- To maintain the Employee Training Matrix
- To promote a positive culture in the workplace
- To work with and train all employees to manage, monitor and improve HR standards in the workplace
Requirements:
- Third Level Hons Degree as a minimum
- Strong proven ability to lead and manage large diverse team
- Excellent understanding of HR policies and legalities
- Excellent communication, coaching and leadership skills
- Proven ability to manage a large scale HR portfolio
- Excellent Microsoft skills- Excel, Word, Powerpoint
