Caring for Ourselves
Our ‘Caring for Ourselves’ lesson covers the ‘Taking care of my body’ strand unit of the ‘Myself’ strand of the SPHE curriculum for 1st and 2nd class. Use our ‘Heads down, thumbs up’ game as the introduction, our ‘Caring for ourselves’ video as the lesson, along with the ‘Explain the different ways of caring for Ourselves’ assessment and the ‘Colour me in’ activity sheet to finish the lesson.
