Food Hygiene

Our ‘Food Hygiene’ lesson covers the ‘Taking care of my body’ strand unit of the ‘Myself’ strand of the SPHE curriculum for 1^st and 2^nd class. Science is also integrated into this lesson as students learn about the importance of hand hygiene and the difference between best-before and use-by dates.
